MRSFO has its fundamental goal and purpose of conserving, protecting and managing agricultural produce and livestock resources for socio-economic development. Its aim is to improve the living standards of people by ensuring maintainance of agricultural produce and livestock resources. MRSFO was created in 2010.
Our projects are dedicated to advancing Uganda’s agricultural sector through mechanisation and technology-driven solutions that empower communities. We focus on sustainable development by equipping smallholder farmers with modern tools, training, and mechanised farming practices that enhance productivity and efficiency. Through our initiatives, we promote value addition, fair trade, and inclusive growth, addressing the key challenges faced by rural farming communities in the transition from manual to mechanised agriculture.
MRSFO believes that Uganda has the power to feed itself and that its smallholders hold the key to lasting rural prosperity. We work directly with farmers to help them unleash their potential to feed the Ugandan people. We pioneer techniques that boost harvests, reduce poverty, sustain natural resources and help end Uganda's farming challenges.
